Hi everyone! It’s me, your favorite chef and culinary perfectionist. Today, I’m going to share with you my super simple, super delicious Mug Brownie Recipe that you can whip up in no time. And before you say anything….. yes, it’s a mug brownie, but just because it’s fast doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be perfect. You know me, I don’t settle for less than flawless, and neither should you. Let’s make a brownie that would make me proud—because rules control the fun, right?
Step 1-Get ur mug
Before anything, grab your microwave safe mug. Make sure it’s presentable because, I’m going to have to pretend I don’t care, but I will!
3 Tablespoons of Flour
Now, you need 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. And listen, "If it’s not done my way, it’s wrong" So measure it exactly. No heaping spoons here.
3 Tablespoons of Sugar
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar .. because dessert without sugar is just sad! And remember, “I’m not high-maintenance, I just know what I want! …Sugar makes everything exactly how I want it, sweet and perfect.
2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Dark, unsweetened perfection. "I KNOW!" you want to make it extra chocolatey, but trust me, follow the recipe. "Rules are good! Rules help control the fun
Pinch of Salt & Baking Powder
Now, you need a pinch of salt and a pinch of baking powder. It’s like adding a dash of sass to the recipe. I’m breezy! Well, not really, but these ingredients add balance.
2 Tablespoons of Milk
Now, pour in 2 tablespoons of milk. If I can clean this whole apartment in 30 minutes, you can pour this milk without spilling! Milk makes it creamy and smooth, but if you spill… you know I’ll notice..
1/4 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. "This is the glue that holds it all together.. Vanilla adds that extra something, like when every detail of your plan goes perfectly—that feeling of satisfaction.
Mix Until Smooth
Now mix it all together until smooth. No lumps. No mess. If it’s not perfect, it’s not finished!" That’s how I like my brownie batter… smooth and flawless.
Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in a handful of chocolate chips. Because What’s not to like? Custard—good. Jam—good. Meat—goooood!" Chocolate? Always good.
Microwave for 1:30 Minutes
Now pop it in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. If I’m not yelling at you, it’s not because I don’t care! So watch it carefully—timing is everything!
Let Cool
Let it cool slightly. "Patience is key—don’t rush perfection!" Trust me, wait a minute, or you’ll burn your tongue!
The Grand Finale – Ice Cream on Top
Now for the best part, Uncle John’s Peanut Butter Jelly Ice Cream on top. "This is going to be the best thing you’ve ever had… trust me!" Ice cream is your secret weapon. Put a big scoop on top and savor your dessert masterpiece.
